How long does an Odoo implementation take?
A focused finance and sales rollout runs six to eight weeks. A full operation with manufacturing, multi-branch stock and integrations is typically three to five months. The variable is rarely the software — it is how fast your team can give decisions and clean data.
Community or Enterprise — which do we need?
Enterprise is required for accounting-heavy work, Studio, and official support; Community is viable for lighter operations with in-house maintenance. We give you the licence cost comparison over three years before you decide — and we are paid for the implementation either way, so the advice is not tied to the licence.
Do you handle ZATCA Phase 2 yourselves?
Yes. Onboarding, CSR and certificate handling, XML generation, cryptographic stamp, QR and clearance are configured and tested against the ZATCA sandbox, then re-tested on your production credentials on go-live day.
Who owns the custom code you write?
You do. Custom modules are pushed to a repository under your account as they are developed, with the configuration documented alongside. If you ever change partner, nothing has to be rebuilt.
Can you take over a project another partner started?
Often, yes. We start with a paid audit of the database and custom code, then give you a written opinion on what is worth keeping, what should be rewritten, and what it costs either way.
