Acceptance

By using this website, creating an account or purchasing a package you agree to these terms. If you are contracting on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to do so.

Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you register, for keeping your password confidential, and for everything done through your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use.

Prices and VAT

All prices are in Saudi Riyals and include VAT unless stated otherwise. We may revise prices in future; a revision never applies to an order whose first instalment has been paid.

Instalments

Some packages are sold on an instalment plan. Each package description states the number of payments, the amount of each and when it falls due. The amount due at purchase is paid online, and later instalments become due as the milestones in the schedule are reached.

Scope of work

Delivery covers what is explicitly listed in the package contents. Anything beyond that is priced as a separate change order and approved in writing before it is carried out.

Your responsibilities

Project success and timelines depend on your cooperation: supplying the required data, naming a point of contact, granting the necessary access, and approving deliverables on time. We are not liable for delays caused by late inputs.

Intellectual property

The content and marks on this website belong to CoreX. Customisations developed for you as part of your project transfer to you once the project is paid in full.

Limitation of liability

Our liability is in all cases limited to the amount actually paid for the service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect damages or loss of profit.

Cancellation and refunds

Governed by the Refund & Exchange Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the courts of Riyadh have jurisdiction over any dispute.
